UPDATE: Youth Mission Teams

Our youth ministry is beginning Youth Mission Teams (YMT). These teams are designed to give youth the opportunity to serve and share Jesus throughout the area. The mission teams will vary based on the needs and projects. We already have some opportunities scheduled for this semester and others in the works.
The Hope for the Hungry YMT has been cancelled for Tuesday, March 17, 2009.
Coming YMT needs:
King’s Club in Waco, Texas (High School only)
Special Olympics in Belton, Texas
Angel House Soup Kitchen in Austin, Texas
Texas Baptist Children’s Home Round Rock, Texas

Reagan is interested in a number of these Mission Projects.
I know Special Olympics and the Texas Baptist Children’s Home.Have you scheduled the youth mission trip for the summer?Did you get my message I called today.Reagan is really going through a tough time as they have found a mass on my liver.It will not be deeemed benign unless all other scans come back “cancerless”.Please pray and pass on.
