ARCHIVE: Women on Mission discuss Prison Ministry

You are currently viewing an archived news item.

diazMost people would think that having your mother go to prison would be the worst thing that could ever happen to you. However, Kathy Diaz would like to share her testimony with you about how God used that event to change the course of her life for the better. She will make you think about forgiveness, letting go of past hurts and letting God turn your darkest moments into triumphs.

God has uniquely gifted Kathy for a ministry to inmates and their families. She has been going into prison for the past 6 years and has used her story to connect and minister to women and men “behind the fences”. To hear more about Kathy, her story and the prison ministry she is involved with, join the Women On Mission Hearon Group on February 19 at 9:30 a.m. in the church parlor.
