The focus of our worship is God. This can be clearly seen in the selection of scripture, music, and prayer in our services. Two distinct services are offered each Sunday.  The 8:30 am service has a blend of traditional hymns and choruses, mixed with solos, orchestra, and a choir. The 11 am service is more fluid, led by a praise team with an acoustical feel.  The services provide us the opportunity to freely express our appropriate responses of who God is and what He has done in our lives.

Sunday School groups meet on Sunday mornings at 9:45 am. Small groups are the place where the life of the church happens, and we hope that you’ll be a part. These groups are designed for all ages. These experiences obviously vary from age group to age group. We encourage you to check out our classes for a more complete look.

Since April of 2012, we’ve offered a new membership class at least once a month for all youth age and above who are interested in becoming a member of First Baptist Belton.  At the conclusion of the class, attendees can indicate if they wish to become part of the First Baptist Belton family.  They will then be presented to the church at Sunday morning worship, as has been our tradition for more than a generation.

New membership classes are at 4 pm one Sunday a month in the college house.  If Kingdom Kids (childcare) is needed, contact Treasure Hanna or call 254-939-0705.

Ways you can become a member:

  • Trusting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and following Him in believer’s baptism
  • Moving your membership from another Baptist church
  • Moving your membership from another evangelical church that practices believer’s baptism
  • Affirming your commitment to Christ and participating by believer’s baptism by immersion

If you have any questions or if you would like more information on joining the family, contact us at (254) 939-0705 or by email.
