Our Upward Basketball league is well underway. After this weekend, we’ll be halfway through the season! This year we have 36 teams, over 60 coaches, and 300 players who are participating.

There are players from churches all around the community involved Upward Basketball, as well as about 50 unchurched families. Many coaches have reported that players on their teams are growing in their knowledge of basketball as well as their knowledge of who Jesus Christ is and what He’s done for us.

If you haven’t been able to be a part of the Upward Basketball ministry, it’s not too late. You can be involved by praying for the players and their families as they hear the gospel presented by their coaches in a couple of weeks as well as at the Awards Celebration on Thursday, March 12th.
