First Baptist Belton is celebrating the lives of our children and preschoolers during the month of February. To show our love and appreciation for our children, special activities are taking place throughout the month.
Children Activities (Grades 1-5)
On Sunday, February 22, our first through fifth graders are invited to a pizza party with Brother Andy and a concert with Tom and Pam Taylor from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the gym. To register, please e-mail Melinda Tyler by February 18th. Include parents’ names, phone number, and number of children attending.
Preschool Activities (Birth through Kindergarten)
On February 1, the preschoolers will meet in the preschool dining room for a special puppet show during both Small Group Bible Study hours. There will also be a children’s sermon by Brother Andy during the worship services for the preschoolers that attend with their parents.
On February 8, there will be a special craft for the preschoolers to work on and then take home.
On February 15, there will be a breakfast with Brother Andy in the preschool dining room at 8:15 a.m. Breakfast will be provided by the preschool leaders. We encourage parents to bring their preschoolers to the breakfast so they can have time to visit with Brother Andy. He loves preschoolers! Please e-mail Allison Ball if your preschooler will be attending. We will also be handing out valentines in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
On February 22, we will have a playground day (if the weather is nice), where the preschoolers will have time during each Small Group Bible Study to go outside and have fun on the playgrounds. We hope the preschoolers enjoy their special month of activities and are reminded that they are an important part of our church!
