The Lottie Moon offering is at $31,784.71; that is 42.4% of our goal of $75,000. This is just amazing!

I want to share the following story with you about one of our International Mission Board families who are serving in the Mongolian countryside. All names have been changed to protect all concerned.

Practically, an example of where your Lottie Moon dollars go is found in the first paragraph: The purchase of the four-wheel vehicle that enabled these missionaries to get to this remote part of the world as well as the purchases of the plot of land and ger (type of housing). It is important that we all learn more about where our mission offerings go, but I think it is much more important to catch a glimpse of the commitment of this family to bring the Gospel to the Mongolian nomads!! Be blessed and challenged by the Lord!

It took Daniel White and his family about a week to reach their new home in the Mongolian countryside. They traveled in a four-wheel vehicle, bypassing sheep and goat herds, to haul family possessions to this remote spot. He selected an adobe-walled plot in a small town for their home — price tag: $500. (Read full story here)
