2014 North American Missions Emphasis

annie14

Our Missions Emphasis will conclude this week. If you have yet to contribute, please consider doing so this Sunday!  We are also receiving our Annie Armstrong Easter Offering at this time. 100 percent of the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering goes directly to the mission field of the United States, Canada, and their territories.  When we give, Southern Baptists are affirming God’s call in the lives of our missionaries, sending them out strategically to share His message of salvation and hope.

Last year we gave $ 41,641.60 and were recognized as the fourth top-giver to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering among churches in the Baptist General Convention of Texas.  Thank you so much for your generosity and support of our North American missionaries. Our church has a three tier goal for 2014:

  • Base- $40,000
  • Above- $45,000
  • Beyond- $50,00

Our goal plays an important part of reaching the national goal of $70 million.

Our North American Mission Board missionaries are involved in planting churches dedicated to ensuring that those who hear the good news of Jesus Christ are firmly planted in the gospel and are bearing fruit. First Baptist Belton with other Southern Baptists are partners in sowing seeds and firmly planting the gospel throughout North America. Prayerfully consider how you will join us in prayer and financial support as we seek to do our part in reaching this part of the world for Christ.
