I am part of a team at my church to establish a program for children with special needs in our Kids Ministry. Your STARSS program looks fabulous!! My son has ASD - PDD(nos) and it took us a long time to find a church home that fit him. We are trying to make that problem less frequent to all, but are just beginning to learn what that looks like.
